This book can be a useful tool for parents of children who have a difficult time getting them to bed and staying there. It is filled with helpful tips on things that parents can do to motivate their children to prepare for bedtime. This story also contains rhyming words which will be helpful to elementary school aged children. My nieces and nephews inspired me to write this book, especially my nephew Tre who refuses to admit that he is sleepy. He would rather fall asleep in the chair than acknowledge that it is time to go to bed. I remember visiting during the holidays; my nieces and nephews would be playing or watching T.V., even after I went to sleep. Fortunately, on school nights, their parents made sure that they went to bed at their regular bedtime.
