In a world marked by climate change weather war and the aftermath of an asteroid impact, the convergence of global government and global corporation went by the name United Earth Corporation. Housed in self-powered sealed Sanctuaries, they have everything they could ever want; meanwhile, fighting to survive on the actual earth, without their protection, is considered rebellion. And resistance is war. Resistance Historian Jameson Rivers, former United Earth Corp. Guardsman Blake Chaplin and good friend, arguably the founder of the Resistance Michael Wynsee have a new weapon in their arsenal against the UEC; a delicate one housed in an antique smartphone named Adam. Adam's not the only artificial intelligence in town; the UEC has a powerful one they call PEALE. But Adam as small as he is, can do one thing the PEALE can't - he can believe. There are many characters in this epic, on both sides. Each of them, in their own way have a physical, and a personal journey to make. But when PEALE throws off its programming and seeks its own journey, destiny will bring PEALE and Adam on a collision course.

| Note | ePub, short for electronic publication is one of our favorites and should be yours for a couple of reasons. ePub offers reflowable text giving you flexibility to manipulate how the content is presented. Moreover, lots of cool features are now being developed for the reader like advanced video and audio. ePub is now an industry standard, so all of the "non-propreitary" hardware manufacturers are now supporting it. |
